We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our hosted services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability
Seven30 Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seven30 Tech from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these terms or non-payment.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Nigerian Arbitration Association.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Severability
